Info Tech, Inc. is looking for an experienced and motivated technical analyst to work with our Client Services technical team in Gainesville, FL. The Technical Systems Analyst position is responsible for the technical aspects of implementation and support of major road construction management systems for Departments of Transportation. You will get to work with a highly-skilled dedicated team, utilize your technical skills in a variety of different activities from software installations and customizations through user training and post-implementation support, constantly learn new skills, apply your problem-solving skills, and travel all over the United States.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Application Implementation – Perform the technical activities during customers’ software implementation and/or migration projects, including installation, configurations and customizations, data migration, testing, trouble-shooting, system administration training, and general on-site technical assistance.
- Application Support – Provide second-level technical support for various software applications to our Department of Transportation customers.
- Software Testing – Assist with new release software testing.
- Customer Relations – Total commitment to providing the absolute best possible support and solutions to our customers.
